K.I.S.S. Policies

Branson Retreats:

Payments: Balances are due 60 days prior to start of event.  Unpaid invoices will be cancelled, and seats will be forfeited the day following due date.  Invoices are emailed and are the responsibility of the person registering. 

Deposits are non-refundable/non-transferable under any circumstance.  

We do not offer refunds on crop seats; we do however allow you to transfer your paid fee amount less non-refundable deposit to a future K.I.S.S. Branson event within one year of cancellation if cancelled 45 days prior to event.   Transfers are valid for one event only, if the second event is cancelled all credits/transfers will be void. 

Branson retreat credits can only be used for future Branson retreats and must be used within 1 year.   After 1-year credits/transfers will be voided.

You must register online at time of event registrations with your code to secure a seat or email help@kisscropnshop.com to be added to the waiting list for an event.   No seats are held for transfers/credits until an order is placed. Seats are subject to availability. 

Cancellations 45 days or less will not qualify for a refund, transfer or credit.  It is simply too difficult to determine who/what should qualify for a cancellation exception, therefore none are granted.

Cancellations must be made via email to help@kisscropnshop.com.  NO other form of notification will be accepted. 

You may transfer your seat to another lucky attendee we just ask you email help@kisscropnshop.com as soon as transfer is made.   If needing to sell a seat, please email us so we may help you.  Our intent is to get your seat filled so that no one misses out on the fun!  K.I.S.S. Scrapbooks is not responsible for selling your seats.  You may not post on our Facebook page any seats for sale.  We may have a waiting list that we can pull from to help you sell your seat.  In the case that KISS Scrapbooks handles the payment of selling the seat a processing fee of 5% of the total will be withheld from sell of the seat.

Classes and apparel purchases are non-refundable.  You may sell your class seats to another attendee however the transfer and sell is your responsibility.  K.I.S.S. Scrapbooks must be notified of transfer via email prior to class.  If class materials are able to be mailed, you will be responsible for shipping fees. Shipping is by exception and approval ONLY.

Grove Retreats:

 Lebanon Retreat:

Payments:  Payment in full is due at time of registration.

We do not offer refunds on crop seats for any reason; we do however allow you to transfer your paid fee amount less a non-refundable $85.00 deposit to a future K.I.S.S. October event within one year of cancellation if cancelled 45 days prior to event.  Transfers are valid for one event only, if the second event is cancelled all credits/transfers will be void. 

Lebanon retreat credits can only be used for future Lebanon retreats and must be used within 1 year.   After 1-year credits/transfers will be voided.

Hotel cancellations are not the responsibility of K.I.S.S. Scrapbooks and are subject to hotel fees for non-cancellation. 

K.I.S.S. Scrapbooks reserves the right to cancel any event as deemed necessary due to weather, facility issues, etc. and will not be responsible for any expenses incurred by attendees such as airfare or other travel expenses.  Should an event be cancelled by K.I.S.S. Scrapbooks all registration fees minus the deposit paid will be transferred to a future event date.

K.I.S.S. Scrapbooks is not responsible for any items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during the event. 

No children under the age of 14 allowed at events with the exception of shopping.  

All attendees must have a paid reservation to attend event other than shopping with vendors.  another attendee however the transfer and sell is your responsibility.  K.I.S.S. Scrapbooks must be notified of transfer via email prior to class.  If class materials are able to be mailed, you will be responsible for shipping fees. 

Hotel cancellations are not the responsibility of K.I.S.S. Scrapbooks and are subject to hotel fees for non-cancellation. 

Products:

At K.I.S.S. Scrapbooks, we want you to absolutely love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges to keep things simple and fair.

Eligibility

  • K.I.S.S. must be notified of desire to return within 14 days of delivery.

  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Clearance, custom, or event-exclusive items (such as pre-orders, page kits, apparel with custom names) are non-returnable.

  • Digital downloads, classes, and To-Go kits are also non-refundable once accessed or shipped.

Return Process

  1. Email us at help@kisscropnshop.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide return authorization and mailing instructions.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund (minus any original shipping costs).

  4. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll quickly replace the item or offer store credit if a replacement isn’t available.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or in error.

  • For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we can’t be responsible for lost packages.

Event Merchandise & On-Site Purchases

Items purchased at our events (such as retreats or expos) are considered final sale. Please inspect your goodies before leaving the event.
